Refund Policy

At VCity Rentals, we want you to be fully satisfied with your experience.


You can cancel your booking and receive a full refund if you inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental time.


If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start time, we may offer a partial refund depending on the situation.


No refunds are given for same-day cancellations or no-shows.


Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.


Early returns do not qualify for a refund.

Cancellations:


  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your booking.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup may result in a partial refund or no refund depending on the circumstances.



Refunds:


  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • No refunds are provided for early returns.



No-show policy:


  • If you fail to collect the vehicle at the booked time without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
