Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the renter) and VCity Rentals. By renting a vehicle or motorcycle from us, you agree to the following:

1. Driver Eligibility

All drivers must be at least 25 years old.
A full and valid UK or international driving licence must be held for a minimum of 2 years.
Category A licence is required for motorbike rental.

2. Rental Agreement

Vehicles are rented for the period stated in the rental contract.
Late returns may result in additional charges.
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as at the start of the rental.

3. Insurance & Deposit

Fully comprehensive insurance is included unless otherwise stated.
A security deposit is required before the rental begins (typically pre-authorised on a card).
The deposit will be returned if the vehicle is returned without damage, fines, or fuel discrepancies.

4. Vehicle Use

Vehicles must not be used for racing, off-road driving, or any illegal activity.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
The renter is responsible for all traffic and parking violations.

5. Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when rented.
A refuelling charge will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
Late cancellations may incur partial or full charges.

7. Breakdown & Accidents

In the event of a breakdown, contact us immediately.
In case of an accident, the police must be informed, and a full report provided.
No repairs may be made without our approval.

8. Liability

The renter is liable for any damage, loss, or theft not covered by insurance.
Any misuse or negligence may result in the forfeiture of the deposit and additional charges.
