Refund policy

VCity Rentals – Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to vehicle rentals booked through vcityrentals.com (“we”, “us”, “VCity Rentals”).

1) Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only after we accept it and (where applicable) the required deposit / pre-authorisation is completed.

• Rental charges may include: rental fee, delivery/collection fee (if selected), additional driver fee, extras, and any applicable charges stated at checkout.

2) Cancellation by the Customer

If you cancel your booking:

• More than 72 hours before the rental start time: Full refund of the rental amount paid (delivery/collection fees may be non-refundable if already arranged).

• 72 to 24 hours before the rental start time: 50% refund of the rental amount paid.

• Less than 24 hours before the rental start time or no-show: No refund.

3) Rescheduling

• You may request a reschedule once, subject to availability.

• Rescheduling is free if requested more than 72 hours before the rental start time.

• If requested within 72 hours, we may charge an admin fee or treat it as a cancellation and rebooking.
