VCity Rentals – Delivery & Collection Policy (Not a Shipping Policy)

We do not ship physical goods. This policy explains vehicle handover, delivery, and collection for rentals booked via vcityrentals.com.

1) Collection / Handover

• Vehicles can be collected from an agreed location in

• Exact handover details are confirmed by message/email once your booking is approved.

2) Delivery & Collection Service (Optional)

• If delivery/collection is available for your booking, the fee will be shown at checkout or confirmed before payment.

• Delivery/collection times are subject to availability and traffic conditions.

3) ID & Verification at Handover

Before handover we may require:

• Driving licence (and Category B)

• Passport/ID

• Proof of address

• Deposit / card pre-authorisation

If verification fails, we may refuse handover and treat it as a late cancellation.

4) Late Returns

• Returning the vehicle late may incur additional charges.

• If you expect a delay, contact us immediately.

5) Vehicle Condition

• We record condition (photos/video) at handover and return.

• You must return the vehicle in similar condition (normal wear and tear accepted).
